Throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum, every effort is made to ensure that the same midwives are involved in your care.

  breastfeeding support at home

  The same group of midwives will provide care for you from early pregnancy to six weeks after birth for you and your baby

• You will have an opportunity to have appointments with your primary team and an opportunity prenatally to meet your back up team
• A midwife will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent concerns
• Every effort will be made to ensure that a member from your primary team and/or back up team will be in attendance at your birth
